How much does TrustCtrl cost?
Right now, nothing — it's free during early access, with no credit card. The planned plans run from Free (0 kr) through Start (399 kr) and Business (999 kr) to Pro (2,499 kr) per month, plus optional add-ons like extra AI questions and a technical-support subscription. You can see it all before any billing starts.
What's the difference between the plans?
Every paid plan includes all seven products — nothing is reserved for a higher tier. What changes as you move up is how many websites you cover (1 on Start, 5 on Business, 15 on Pro), how many questions you can ask the AI assistant each month (25, 100 or 300), and how much human help you get — from email support up to chat, phone and hours of technical help.
What are "AI questions"?
Every finding comes with an AI assistant you can ask about it in plain language. Each plan includes a set number of those questions per month — 25, 100 or 300 depending on the plan. If you need more, top-up packs start at 99 kr for 50 extra questions.
Are CodeControl and VulnControl included in the plans?
Yes — in every paid plan, at no extra cost. VulnControl checks the software your website runs for known vulnerabilities and finds services left open to the internet; CodeControl connects to your GitHub and checks the packages your software is built from. They are the only two products that expect someone who can change code or apply a server update, so plenty of customers never need them — but they are not priced separately, and they are not reserved for the most expensive plan.
What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan covers one website with the essential checks, so you're not completely in the dark. It doesn't include the full scan suite, the AI assistant, or any chat, phone or support — those come with the paid plans.
What happens when early access ends?
The plans and prices here are the planned structure and may still be adjusted before billing starts. Early-access users will be told clearly — on the dashboard and on this site — before any billing begins, so nobody is charged by surprise.
